Key Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis & Due Diligence: Support deal evaluation by developing financial models and conducting in-depth industry and market research.
• Investment Documentation: Prepare detailed investment presentations, memos, and proposals, delivering key insights to the investment committee .
• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring investment performance and executing asset management strategies.
• Valuation & Reporting: Prepare portfolio valuation materials for external professionals and coordinate investor reporting presentations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of investment, private equity, or real estate deal advisory (real estate sector experience highly preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and investment presentation development.
• Passion for Real Estate: Demonstrated interest in real estate investment and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with deal teams and external clients.
• Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
